Where we ship
SagePause currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Processing & transit time
All orders ship in 14-21 business days from our overseas fulfillment partner. We're a small team and ship direct, which is why our prices are about half what you'd pay at a department store. The tradeoff is a slightly longer transit time.
What to expect
- Confirmation email immediately after ordering
- Tracking email once your order leaves our partner facility
- Most orders arrive between days 14 and 21 after purchase

- Free standard shipping on orders over $79
- $7.99 standard shipping on orders under $79
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees or delays. If you spot an error after placing your order, email hello@sagepause.com within 12 hours and we'll do our best to correct it.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package as lost or hasn't moved in 10+ days, email hello@sagepause.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and replace the order if necessary.
