30-Day Comfort Guarantee

SagePause offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If your sleepwear doesn't feel right — fit, fabric, anything — we'll refund the product cost in full.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@sagepause.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief note about why you're returning (helps us improve future products).
  2. We'll send you the return address.
  3. Ship the items back. Customer pays return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in clean, unwashed condition. Sleeping in them once for fit and feel is welcome — that's the whole point of a comfort guarantee. Please don't launder them before returning.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns shipped without prior email contact may be refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5-10 days to display the refund on your statement.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@sagepause.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, used eye masks cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
