Where we ship

SagePause currently ships to addresses within the United States. We're a small team and are starting with one country before we expand.

How long it takes

All orders ship in 14–21 business days from our overseas fulfillment partner. We ship direct so you don't pay department-store markups — the tradeoff is the slightly longer transit time. We tell you this clearly on every product page, in your cart, at checkout, and in your order confirmation.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering.
  • You'll receive a tracking email once your order leaves our partner facility.
  • Most orders arrive between days 14 and 21 after purchase.

Shipping cost

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $79.
  • $7.99 standard shipping on orders under $79.

Returns

30-day comfort guarantee

Sleep in it for 30 nights. If it doesn't feel right — fit, fabric, anything — send it back for a full refund of the product cost.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@sagepause.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a brief note about what didn't work for you (helps us improve future products).
  3. We'll send you the return address.

Return shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service so we can confirm delivery.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 days to display the refund on your statement.

What can't be returned

  • Items that have been worn beyond a try-on (we ask you to sleep in it, but please don't wash it before deciding to return).
  • Items returned without prior email contact.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
