Is this really for menopause?
Yes — and also for anyone who sleeps hot. Perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, hot-sleeping bodies of any age, summer in a non-air-conditioned bedroom. The design choices (loose kimono cut, breathable cotton, no buttons or fitted collar) are aimed at the woman whose pajamas wake her up at 3am soaked. If that's you, you're our person.
Will it actually keep me cool?
It's designed around airflow and moisture comfort, not a "cool to the touch" gimmick. The loose cut means warm, damp fabric never gets sealed against your skin. The cotton breathes when the bed gets warm. We're not promising it cures hot flashes — we're promising it doesn't make them worse.
What's the fabric?
Soft, breathable cotton in a kimono-style weave. We deliberately chose not to use polyester satin, "ice silk," or synthetic blends — they tend to feel cool at the touch test in the store but trap heat once you're under covers.

How long does shipping take?
14–21 business days from our overseas fulfillment partner. We're a small team and ship direct, which is why our prices are about half what you'd pay at a department store. The tradeoff is the slightly longer transit time.
What if it doesn't fit?
30-day comfort guarantee. Sleep in it for up to 30 nights — if it doesn't feel right, email us at hello@sagepause.com and we'll arrange a full refund. Customer pays return shipping.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We're starting with the US to get the experience right. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Can I wash it in the washing machine?
Yes — machine wash cold, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Skip bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Full care guide here.
